Opis stanowiska:
To provide a single point of contact for users, dealing with the management of both routine and non- routine Incidents, Problems and requests. Provision of 1st line support for incidents.
Wymagania:
* Interpersonal and operational skills; * Good written and oral communication skills in Italian or Norwegian or Swedish or Danish. English as a corporate language is required; * Logical and Analytical approach; * Microsoft Windows support experience; * Microsoft Office support and skilled user experience.Oferujemy:
