Italian / Spanish / Portugeese Technical Support
For our Client, an international company delivering computer applications, we are looking for active people, ready to work in Wrocław as:
Technical Support
As a person hire on this position you will be responsible for:
- defining foreign customer needs and problems,
- providing solutions to customer problems via phone, chat, forum posts or e-mail.
To apply on this position, you should have:
- fluent English and Italian / Spanish or Portugeese
- deep knowledge about installing and configuring operating systems (Windows XP, Vista & 7 and Macintosh)
- at least one year of experience in systems administration or as a technical support / helpdesk
- higher education (technical degree)
- strong pro-customer attitude (experience in Customer Service will be an advantage).
