Project Manager / Senior Programmer
Swiftway is a division of Eureka Solutions Sp. z o.o. and a provider of turn-key internet services based in Europe. These services include high-speed internet access, dedicated server and colocation rental, server management, and other web-related activity including website design, custom programming. The company was founded in 2003, and Swiftway has been in continuous operation since 2005 and offers its services to demanding firms in over 50 countries the world over.
Swiftway currently is looking for a candidate for the position of:
Project Manager / Senior Programmer
City: Białystok
We are seeking a dynamic, self motivated, competent person, who will help the company grow both by providing it with software tools for its existing activities, and to build entirely new products with which the company will develop new lines of business.
Your key responsibilities will be:
• project management of various software development projects,
• participation in project definition, product design, implementation and testing up to project closure,
• build and manage a team of programmers to develop the project,
• webdevelopment,
• implement and manage a source code depository and version management system.
Our expactations / requirements: the candidate should have the following experience:
• knowledge of web-development, and experience in its programming,
• experience with project management and knowledge of formal practices for efficient PM,
• at least 2 years experience in a management role and practical project management activities,
• at least a University Bachelor’s degree,
• excellent work organisation and prioritisation of tasks,
• good communication skills, both written and spoken, in Polish and English.
