The Team Manager will be responsible for managing a team of IT Service Helpdesk Consultants, influencing service delivery, achieving required service levels and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities – Management and motivation of the team – Managing the resourcing and workflow of the team – Planning and control of the teamwork – Effective management of clients? relations – Assertion of delivery of high quality service – Complex realisation of tasks

Requirements:

* Proficiency in French * Very good command of the English language * At least 2 years of experience in team management * Awareness of ITIL * Advanced knowledge of software applications * Interpersonal skills: * excellent communication skills * teamwork * self-reliance * analytical skills * ability to learn fast software applications * customer orientation * readiness to work flexible hours * resilience to stress * optimism and enthusiasm
