Senior Programmer
Swiftway currently is looking for a candidate for the position of:
Senior Programmer
City: Białystok
We are seeking a dynamic, self motivated, competent person, who will help the company grow both by providing it with software tools for its existing activities, and to build entirely new products with which the company will develop new lines of business.
Your key responsibilities will be:
• project management of various software development projects,
• participation in project definition, product design, implementation and testing up to project closure,
• build and manage a team of programmers to develop the project,
• webdevelopment,
• implement and manage a source code depository and version management system.
Our expactations / requirements: the candidate should have the following experience:
• knowledge of web-development, and experience in its programming,
• experience with project management and knowledge of formal practices for efficient PM,
• at least 2 years experience in a management role and practical project management activities,
• at least a University Bachelor’s degree,
• excellent work organisation and prioritisation of tasks,
• good communication skills, both written and spoken, in Polish and English.
