For our Client, well-known multinational company, being a leader in IT branch, in accordance to its growth, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of:
IT Helpdesk (Dutch Speaker)
Ref. no. 6-10-15613/IN
Workplace: Krakow
The person hired on this position will be responsible for:
• daily IT support (1st line of support), - ensuring high level of service,
• solving basic IT problems
• cooperation with Dutch customers
Requirements:
• university degree (IT background will be an asset)
• fluent knowledge of Dutch and English ( both oral and written)
• IT knowledge on user's level
• paying attention to details and ability to analytical thinking
• strong ability to solve problems
• previous experience on IT Helpdesk position will be an advantage
