Instrumentation & Control and/or Electrical Engineer_Middle East
SUMMARY OF ROLE:
Provide Quality, Professional and Profitable Field Service Support of the Company`s Field Instrumentation and Control Systems for Installed base in the MEA region.
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate with Customer, plan field visits and Provide Start-up & Service Support including
• Supervision of Installation
• Test, Calibration & Commissioning
• Inspection, Troubleshooting / Diagnosis and Problem Resolution
• Disassembly / Assembly of Devices & Evaluation of parts required to perform repairs
• Escalate & Liaise with the Company`s Service Team for support as necessary and provide resolution
• Document Work Performed and get customer’s Sign off – Field Service Reports & Timesheets etc. per Company`s Procedures. Submit such documents to the Company`s Process Management Service Division promptly on completion of work.
• Log & Update all Service work undertaken in the Company`s Service Management System.
• Promptly Inform the Company`s Sales Team of Customer’s spare part & new product needs
• Adhere to local & International Trade compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
• Electrical, Process Automation or Electronic Engineering degree
• Solid analytical skills for problem resolution
• Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
• 3-5+ years related work experience in Power Generation Industry
• Experience with I&C design, cables routing, installation and field service
• Clear verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
