Salary 3500-4500 PLN GROSS
An absolute must is fluency in French and English language.

Technical Competences:
Technical knowledge about the following technical areas:
• Client IMAC processes and tools (RIS/WDS)
• Client patching process and tools (SMS,…)
• Client OS compliancy (Windows OS , GPOs, Scripts, Active Directory…)
• Hardware support software
• Client applications compliancy
• End user storage services compliancy
• Client communication services compliancy
Service description:
• Support the customers according to the support process.
• Support the customer in their local languages where possible
• Manage Information
• Cooperate with the Global Desktop Operation team
• Interface with other support teams and functions
Interpersonal Competences:
• Well organized and attentive to details
• Ability to work in a global, multi-cultural, diverse team, open to different ideas and opinions and develop networking
• Ability to work on technical complex environment as well as on taking into account organisational and processes aspects
• Good skills in local language French and English, both written and spoken
• Good at problem resolution
• Good communication skills
• Good listener, likes to share knowledge, and in continuous improvement
Language Competences:
Fluent in French language and English.
