IT Helpdesk (French Speaker)
For our Client, well-known multinational company, in accordance to its growth, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of: IT Helpdesk ( French Speaker)- temporary contract
The person hired on this position will be responsible for:
- daily IT support (1st line of support),
- ensuring high level of service,
- solving basic IT problems
- cooperation with French Speaking customers
Requirements:
- university degree (IT background will be an asset)
- previous experience on IT Helpdesk position
- fluent knowledge of English ( both oral and written)
- good knowledge of French ( both oral and written)
- IT knowledge on user's level (hardware and software)
- paying attention to details and ability to analytical thinking
- strong ability to solve problems
- ability to work on shifts and during weekends ( 24/7)
