For our Client, well-known multinational company, being a leader in IT branch, in accordance to its growth, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of:
IT Helpdesk (Czech/Slovak/German/Italian/Dutch or French Speaker)

The person hired on this position will be responsible for:

- daily IT support (1st line of support), - ensuring high level of service,
- solving basic IT problems
- cooperation with Czech/Slovak customers

Requirements:

- university degree (IT background will be an asset)
- fluent knowledge of Czech/Slovak/German/Italian/Dutch or French and English (both oral and written)
- IT knowledge (user’s level)
- paying attention to details and ability to analytical thinking
- strong ability to solve problems
- previous experience on IT Helpdesk position will be an advantage
