Database Developer
Our Client is an international company offering business solutions, technological applications support and outsourcing services. Right now, we are looking for experienced Candidates for position Database Developer.

Responsibilities:
- The Database Developer builds, develops, tests, implements and supports software applications for data warehouse using standard concepts, practices, procedures and tools that meet the technical specifications and quality management guidelines
- Follows standard development life-cycle processes to gather technical specifications and create technical development specifications including production, test and implementation plans. Implement development best practices
- Provide consultation and assistance in knowledge transfer to others, both within and outside the Data Management
Requirements:
- Qualification in software development or related field
- 3+ years post qualification experience
- Developing database applications using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
- Defining logical and physical data structure and functional capabilities of large scale databases
- Knowledge of Oracle (features, functions, & utilities), using of tools for data modeling and logical and physical database design
- Database configuration, optimization
- Estimation of data development efforts
- Analyzing and interpreting user requirements
- Work with production and test environments
- Version control and defect tracking systems
- Software testing principles and development methodologies
- Agile Development Experience
- Fluency in English and good English writing skills to liaise with other teams, support staff, end users and business management people
Plus experience:
- Experience in enterprise data warehouse development
- Database performance measurement and tuning
- Knowledge of various RDBMS (like: DB2, SYBASE, MS SQL)
- Create functional & technical specification
- Good documentation and diagramming skills
- Experience in Financial Services
- Developing database or software solutions using an established change management process that included change request analysis, documenting requirements, developing database or software solutions, testing (unit, system, and integration testing), and implementation
