Software Tester

Our Client is an international financial company which has an opening for

Software Tester in Cracow office.

Responsibilities:·

• Execution of test plans, using a test driven development methodology·
• Testing of Windows applications, web pages and reports using both manual and automated testing methods·
• Perform analysis of automated test results·
• Detect, investigate, document, report and track defects·
• Participate in the development and maintenance of test plans· *Participate in Product Planning and Development·
• Assist in the maintenance of Test Environments·
• Assist in the development/building of Testing Tools·

• Quality Assurance evangelist – Participate in continued Implementation and improvements in Software Development processes.

Required Attributes:·

• Testing experience: Windows applications, and reports using both manual and automated testing methods ·
• Must be flexible and enjoy the challenge of managing rapid change·
• Candidate should possess excellent organizational skills·
• Good communication skills ·
• Strong process orientation·
• Very good English skills·
• Ability to write basic SQL should be thorough in all work and queries· Technical Writing Skills Desired Attributes:·
• Experience working in test driven development (Agile) environment· Experience in developing test plans for automated testing tools such as those produced by Mercury or Rational·
• Ability to write VB script using good programming practices, function libraries, and efficient code·

• Exposure to accounting or accounting systems
