IT Specialist in Customer Care Department (French Speaker)
For our Client, well-known multinational company, being a leader in IT branch, in accordance to its growth, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of: IT Specialist in Customer Care Department (French Speaker)
The person hired on this position will be responsible for:
- daily IT support, ensuring high level of service
- solving IT problems
- cooperation with French customers
Requrements:
- university degree (IT background will be an asset)
- fluent knowledge of French and English ( both oral and written)
- very good IT knowledge
- paying attention to details and ability to analytical thinking
- strong ability to solve problems
- previous experience in IT Department will be an advantage
