Senior Tester

Description:
The Senior tester must be able to write test cases and test plans. He must be able to design partilly automated testing ( e.g. regression tests). Furthermore, the Senior Tester should be able to coordinate the test team (planing, progress, reporting).

His/her mission can include:

• Managing one or more testers
• Monitor progress of test team versus project planning
• Designing test scripts based upon a functional design or requirements document
• Execute test plans
• Create test reports
• Register, Analyze and Monitor findings resultings from tests

• Cerate test scenarios

Requirements:

• Excellent communication in English (both orally and in written)
• 5 years of Senior Tester and test team coordination
• Team Player
• Leadership
• Flexibility
• Communicator
• Resistant to stress
• Accurate

• Customer oriented

Preffered extras:

• T-Map Professional Advanced certified
• Prince2 certified at Foundation level or equivalent

• ISEB certification
