Technical Writer

Description :
The Technical writer must be able to be held responsible for creation and maintaining all product documentation (administrator guide, user guide, quick reference, fact sheets, knowledge base items, release notes).

Requirements:

• Fluent English language, spoken and written
• Have a HBO or higher degree
• Proven affinity with software documentation
• Knowledge of Object Oriented techniques
• Knowledge of UML
• At least 3 years of experience in documenting complex IT processes in the utility sector
• Customer oriented
• Flexible
• Communicative
• Accurate

• Conceptual skills

Preferred extras:

• Affinity with Assurance activities
• Experience with writing Training Material and Demo Material’s/Scenario’s
• Experience with XML
• Knowledge of PhotoDraw, Flash and Director, Photoshop
• Knowledge of Etso standards and XML

• Knowledge od Service Oriented Architecture
