Operational Process Implementation & Change Manager

Operational Process Implementation & Change Manager
Nr Ref.: OPI/10/BDG
Miejsce pracy: Poland, Bydgoszcz
Zadania:
To be a central source for the Processes set up, implementation, improvement, tracking the actions, communications and driving the Change to the Migration Services projects in the Globe
Obowiązki:
-Consolidating and Maintaining MOC governance calendar (Internal/ Program Reviews, Financial Dates, etc).
-Support Management Reviews preparation with the required reporting/ statistics
-Project Status Monitoring & Improvement Support with the required statistics
-Produce/ continuously improve Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly reports
-Produce/ continuously improve CSL reports (performance vs SLA)
-Produce regular 3rd party statistics & performance analysis
-Maintain and publish the MOC Quality KPI results
-Establish PMO KPIs and track those on a monthly basis and trigger actions to reach the targets
Wymagania:
-Degree level in an Engineering discipline (Quality, Engineering, Computer Science etc.)
-5 years experience in Computer / Telecommunications industry
-Data driven and possess excellent analytical & Problem solving skills
-Excellent communication skills and Presentation Skills
-Languages: Russian, English
(both: capable to negotiate technically and commercially verbally and in writing)
-PC: Advanced user of Microsoft Office package
