For our client, who is delivering the business solutions and technical support for worldwide known companies, currently we are looking for: Help Desk Analyst with German or Estonian or Dutch

Responsibilities
-Serving customer’s technical questions in German or Estonian or Dutch
-Resolving of technical customer’s problems
-Cooperation with Helpdesk and the other technical support
-Registrations of problems in the system

Requirements:
-Fluent knowledge of German or Estonian or Dutch
-Communicative English skills
-Higher degree
-Comprehension of IT area
-Experience in Call Center, Customer Service, Helpdesk,BPO/SSC
-Knowledge of Ms Office
-Strong interpersonal skills
