Senior Technical Recruiter
On behalf of our Client - an international IT Outsourcing company, we are currently looking for candidate who will join the office in Poznań and start working on the position of Senior Technical Recruiter.
Workplace: Poznan
The person on this position will be responsible for:
- Develop a strong pipeline of consultant candidates that have helped you to quickly submit qualified candidates
- Meet key account Service Level Agreement turn around time frames for submitting strong candidates to contract positions
- Conduct research and ongoing recruiting activities to identify and attract highly competitive candidates for key talent needs across assigned CIBER practices
- Conduct talent market analysis, market surveys, and recruiting blitzes
- Seek new methods and innovate solutions to identify and attract the best candidates to CIBER
- Use passive and direct sourcing techniques such as database mining, Internet searching, participating in and networking within associations, organizations, cold calling, and conducting and gathering competitive research on direct competitor organizations
- Identify high-level candidates using research tools
- Keep a strong research pipeline filled throughout the search process
- Conduct thorough prescreening and assessment of potential candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates; helping manage their expectations throughout the lifecycle of a search
- Update key information into the applicant tracking system in order to document and track data
- Drive the sourcing engine and continually market and influence business partners to conduct proactive interviews of top talent
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of research, candidate development and recruiting experience with an executive search firm, or in a professional services consulting company or combination of the two,
- Experience recruiting technical positions including Infrastructure, Engineering, SAP, technical operations and service desk,
- Experience in consulting services recruiting preferred,
- Bachelor's Degree required,
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, complex, deadline-oriented environment,
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and applicant tracking databases a plus,
- Proven ability to develop a strong pipeline of consultant candidates that have helped you to quickly submit qualified candidates,
- Proven success in meeting key account Service Level Agreement turn around time frames for submitting strong candidates to contract positions.
- Proven track record of developing, assessing and attracting professional level talent to client organizations.
- Drive to deliver results, take accountability and ownership of work, and strive for continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with thorough attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, influence management, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, documentation and problem solving skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and make decisions in a business context.
- Ability to build strong relationships with a proven track record of working effectively as an individual contributor as well as a team player.
- Strong business acumen, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a thirst for knowledge of the business.
- Ability to understand and manage expectations of business partners and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to think 'outside of the box,' embrace change, and suggest creative, innovative solutions as it relates to the business needs.
