Our Client is a global provider of business processes outsourcing solutions, supporting different companies worldwide. Due to its fast development, currently we are looking for: Support Engineer with French or Italian or German or Portuguese (Brazilian) or Spanish

Responsibilities
-Serving customer’s technical questions in French or Italian or German or Portuguese (Brazilian) or Spanish
-Resolving of technical customer’s problems
-Cooperation with Helpdesk and the other technical support
-Registrations of problems in the system

Requirements:
-Fluent knowledge of French or Italian or German or Portuguese (Brazilian) or Spanish
-Communicative English skills
-Higher degree
-Comprehension of IT area
-Ability to perform troubleshooting and analytical skills
-Experience in Call Center, Customer Service, Helpdesk, BPO/SSC
-Knowledge of Ms Office
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Ability to coordinate high pressure situations by involving the appropriate resources as necessary
