QA Engineer (Test Automation)- Nr ref. (02/36)

Małopolskie, Kraków

Position description:

• Develops and executes software test plans;
• Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures;
• Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software;
• Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems;
• Designs, codes and executes automated test scripts. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions;

• Prepares reports and documentation updates. Technical consulting on automation issues, tools and processes.

Essential job requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
• At least 2 years of experience in software automation testing;
• Wide experience in test script automation: coding/scripting languages experience (PERL, VB Scripts, Java, python, Linux shell or similar);
• Excellent automated test tools experience (QTP, SOAtest, Selenium or other similar);
• Testing methodology knowledge;
• Very good communication skills in English, written and verbal;
