IT Contracting Business Developer

(locations available Warsaw, Krakow Cracow or Wroclaw)

Job Description:
The core focus for BD/AM role is B2B sales of IT Contracting services to corporate client and SMEs as well as process implementation for current. In this position you will need to establish and lead a local delivery team to take advantage of the opportunities available on the market.The initial 3 week period training in Manheim (Germany) is anticipated.

Skills:
We are looking for individuals who are target driven with good business acumen and the ability to think on their feet. A proven track record in a sales/commercial environment is required as well as B2B sales experience and knowledge of IT Contracting/ Freelancing sector. This role requires self-motivation, enthusiasm and the drive and determination to succeed. We are seeking the sort of person that responds positively to targets and is competitive by nature. You will need to be a confident communicator who can communicate on the top levels of management.We also require university degree and very good command of English AND German. Role/Responsibilities: Your task will be to build and develop relations with key clients in this sector, in cooperation with hays IT European community. You will be also responsible for presentations, negotiations and sales process (RFP, RFQ). You will take responsibility for your sales target as well as for creating business development strategy. If you are a talented individual who can build and manage lasting customer relationships and contribute to strong winning teams you will be valued and rewarded.
