SEM Manager (English Speaker) w Edynburgu

For our Client, the Europe’s leading flight search Engine, offering a flexible, fast and independent solution to finding flights on the web, we are looking for a candidates on a position of:

SEM Manager (Edinburgh, UK)
Reporting to the Market Development Manager, you will create, implement, track, and optimize keyword campaigns across multiple search engines and geographic markets. As a key member of the marketing team, you will play a central role in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability by developing and executing a highly scalable SEM strategy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing large scale search engine marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all phases of campaign management, including strategy, design, implementation, reporting and optimisation
• Perform campaign analysis: manage metrics evaluation & reporting, as well as optimization recommendations * Conceptualize and initiate tests in order to continually improve key metrics (ad copy, landing page, multivariate, CPC, position)
• Provide insight for managing spend and CPCs across engines and keywords to maximize ROI
• Build forecasts based on historical data and simulation modelling as part of the planning process for search campaigns
• Write ad copy and optimize through A/B testing
• Conduct advanced keyword research techniques and competitor analysis in order to produce high volume campaigns with optimal click through rates and high ROI.

• Co-ordinate and communicate SEM best practices and market specific optimisation techniques to the Marketing Country Managers

If you have:

• Significant hands-on experience of implementing and managing SEM campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Microsoft, delivering demonstrable impressive results * Experience of multi-language and multi-market campaigns is a major advantage * Experience of bid management tools will also be considered an advantage * Excellent quantitative analysis skills – using Google Analytics (or similar) * Strong background in digital media and online search is imperative

Fluency in English is required
