Our client is the international financial group which has very fast development in the CEE Region. Currently we are looking for relevant candidates for the position Regional CIO.

Job description:
- Coordinate the elaboration of the IT strategy
- Definition, set up and follow up of the Regional Governance for IT
- Coordinate the implementation of the regional target operation model for PMO and IT
- Manage the relationship with the group concerning PMO and IT
- Create strategic vision and prioritize processes in the region

Profile description:
- Master Degree in Computer Science or relevant
- Board experience in financial, telecom or consulting sector as key IT role (i.e. CIO, PMO)
- Multi-field management of teams in an international context
- Very operational experience in the installation and the management of organizations matrix
- Experience in functional relations with the group headquarters
- Experience in creation of new teams
- Technical skills in data processing, architecture, security
- Excellent leadership skills and organization
- Fluency in English
