SAP Basis Technical Analyst

For our Client – an international, brand leader company, located in Krakow – we are currently looking for SAP Basis Technical Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- management of SAP Basis tasks, coordination of their execution with offshore and landed consultants – liaison with ITSC (data center) for provision of infrastructure services – management of the investigation & resolution of SAP Basis and Technology related issues in support of P1 – proactive management of SAP system performance, performance monitoring, optimization & system sizing – SAP landscape management, transport management, systems refreshes, data archiving, batch management – continuity solution management & testing for the P1 system – working with ITSC (data center) for the infrastructure continuity option, as well as with the affiliates in the definition of the technology business continuity plans & testing – technical projects management
Requirements:
* University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration * at least a 5-year experience in a large multinational company including and 3-4 years in SAP Basis area * good understanding of key processes in delivering IS/IT services * essential knowledge of SAP Basis & Performance Tuning * understanding the system’s architecture, options, pitfalls, current and out of ordinary tasks * working experience in a SAP environment/project to better understand problems and potential issues related to it * deep understanding of business continuity service options, including disaster recovery planning * database management experience * ability to work effectively in multitask environment * good communication and presentation skills * experience and exposure to international business environment would be an asset * fluent English, any other European language would be a plusWe offer:
