Your responsibilities will contain, among others, supporting external clients - computer hardware and software users, with every day problems, diagnosing them and solving, advising and providing professional services in IT area.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience in IT / customer service area
- Very good knowledge of Windows or Unix systems administration will be an advantage
- Analytical mind
- Team player abilities and pro-client attitude
- Speak fluent Dutch and English language
