Job description:
Our Client, a big American corporation producing quality consumer products, is planning to open a new European Service Centre, which will be providing service to European affiliates and Business Owners. Currently, we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of Technical Support – eCommerce.
Responsibilities: – provide 1st level support for all eCommerce related incidents – technical escalation of incident/problem tickets related to eCommerce to 2nd/3rd level support and vendors – provide testing for new implementations/deployments – provide eCommerce related reports to the IT management on a monthly base – provide technical updates of incidents to Service Desk/Incident management
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of working experience in IT department (1st level support/Service Desk/HelpDesk) * excellent English language skills * relevant university degree * experience in system integration (will be an asset) * knowledge of Microsoft products * ITIL Foundation certificate (desirable) * strong interpersonal and communication skills * willingness to travelWe offer:
