You’ll process customer documentations accurately to achieve agreed quality standards and targets. One of your tasks will be handling customer calls and implement e-Channel project in accordance with procedures and standards. You need to investigate and resolve issues or appropriately refer with recommendations. We want you to take ownership and initiative to complete necessary research and customer follow-up / direct the customer to the appropriate department for resolution.Requirements:
You need to be fluent in English
(B2). We also require excellent fluency in French
(C1).Your conversational skills need to be good enough to hold the attention of the customer on the telephone. Therefore you are expected to build good rapport with people. You need to be able to understand and interpret numeric data and also be capable of maintaining focus while working with voluminous data. Demonstrating strong problem solving attitude is also an advantage. Time management skills and ability to prioritize are critical.What do we offer?
