Regional Delivery Poland Center located in Warsaw and Lódź offers software development and maintenance services to DXC Technology customers all over the world. ITSM Process Manager with German

Successful candidates will join a delivery organization providing Applications Management Services for multiple clients from various industries and sectors. The scope of responsibilities will be assistance in definition, deployment and later on comprehensive governance of selected IT Service Management processes for key client in German banking sector. We are looking for candidates experienced in the area with excellent communication skills (including German language) to join dynamic team forming Delivery Unit.
Job responsibilities of this role will include:
-Assistance in definition and effective deployment of selected IT SM processes,
-Process governance of selected IT SM processes,
-Monitoring and control of process execution adherence to process definition,
-Monitoring, reporting and control of defined process KPIs,
-Active participation in respective Process Board meeting with relevant stakeholders including client representatives,
-Drive effective Continual Process Improvement by gathering improvement needs and ideas, authorizing execution and coordination to successful
-Very good ITIL methodological knowledge and understanding of Process governance, Service Level, Incident, Problem, Configuration, Change and --Release Management processes,
3+ years relevant experience in an IT Service Management roles with responsibility for process design, implementation, execution and continual i-
-University degree (B.Sc./B.A. or higher),
-Experience utilizing Service Management tools preferably ServiceNow,
-Very good knowledge of written and spoken English,
-Very good knowledge of written and spoken German,
-Excellent communication skills,
-Strong listening, problem solving, negotiation, and facilitation skills,
-Teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
-ITIL v3 Intermediate or Expert certification,
-Practical knowledge and industry certifications in the following areas: Project Management,(PMP, Prince 2), Lean IT, COBIT, Agile, Scrum or DevOps,
-Experience in banking or finance sector,
-Experience working in multi-organization worldwide teams.
