Technical Support - 2nd line
For one of our Clients, an international company located in Lodz, we're looking for a 2nd line IT Support Specialist, who will be responsible for providing 24 hours, 7 days a week, first and second level ticket-based support to external clients.
If you:
- have experience on similar position
- are available to start a new job within a month
- speak fluent English
- are ready to work on shifts (6-14, 14-22, 22-6 during the week, plus on-call duty during weekends)
