Who are we looking for?
have IT support working experience
previously worked with one of the technologizes listed in requirements below
are flexible and well-motivated team players
are able to work independently and resolve different scale infrastructure issues
show attention to details, commitment and ownership attitude
have a very good command of English language (B2 or higher)
are ready for flexible shift patterns (24/7)
At least working knowledge in one of the following areas:

What will you do?
Engagement provides L1, L1.5 up to L2 support with infrastructure management.
In your scope will be:
monitoring and supervision of IT infrastructure
handling incidents, alerts and system alarms
troubleshooting on the client environment
performing and analyzing results for health checks executed on customer’s infrastructure
reporting related to the concerned area of the supported infrastructure
