OpusCapita is searching for a
Technical Support Engineer
Location: Toruń, Poland
to join our Cash Management Service Desk team in Toruń
WHAT WE WOULD LIKE FROM YOU
fluent English written and spoken (B2 or higher)
IT technical skills
desire to learn & get experience in IT field
availability to work in 2 shifts from Monday to Friday (day/evening)
we are looking for people with different competence levels (junior/mid-level/senior)
Unix / Linux / Windows basic level skills
Experience on working with Microsoft Azure or some other public cloud
Knowledge of ITIL framework & IT Service Management tools
Other languages skills (German, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish)
AS A TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Being a member of a team which provides technical support and problem-solving abilities for our international external and internal customers
Communicate with our business customers and IT professionals via e-mail, ticketing system and telephone
Identify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and formulate resolution plans
Assist in identifying resolution gaps and in evaluating new services, processes and technologies introduced at the helpdesk
Escalate unresolved issues to support leads, designated service group or client helpdesk
