As a Portuguese Customer Advisor you will be responsible for answering
incoming queries from customers via phone, email and live chat.
Listening to your customers, advising them on money transfers and processing them are part of your daily tasks.
You will also deal with administration, updating and input of data in the customer database.
We are looking for:
Excellent communication skills in Portuguese both written and spoken
Good command of English
Highly motivated, driven and adaptable
