Responsibilities:
• Create Project Plans and project documentations
• Monitor Project Progress (quality, deadlines and on budget tracking)
• Report Project Results
• Track the status of the scope of work and coworking with projects teams,
• Monitor of quality and project risk
• Cooperate with contractors within the project
• Manage the stakeholders in projects
• Manage the information

Requirements:
• Problem solving
• Commitment to the tasks
• Self-reliance, positive attitude, and ability to deal with stress
• Skills of building long-lasting relationships with clients
• Creative and analitical mind-set
• Understanding of business requirements
• Flexibility in dealing with new challenges
• Experience in working in the project team
• Knowing project management methodology (waterfall and agile will be an asset)
• Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Working in IT environment experience will be an asset
• Basic level of knowledge (at least) of the project management tools (eg. ClickUp)
• Great communication skills (written & spoken, Polish and English)
• Technical background or engineering education
• Eager to learn and improve
