Technical Specialist /DevOps Analyst
Responsibilities
· Member of the Support & Operations team providing 2nd, & 3rd, line support for the clients, and internal users.
· Provide production & non-production middleware support for multiple business critical applications.
· Working directly with clients and internal teams to implement processes and technology that support various technical and business functions.
· Take responsibility of assigned incidents and manage through to completion.
Requirements
· 2-4 years IT experience, with at least the past 3 years in service management.
· Sound understanding of API Management an
· Linux systems administration skills
