Task Areas:
You plan, control and coordinate SAP SuccessFactors (sub) projects of various sizes
In close cooperation with our customers, you will especially design the roadmaps for the introduction of the latest SAP technologies - always with a clear focus on the business value contribution
You have very good knowledge of the Employee Central module of the SuccessFactors Suite
You advise our customers with your broad and in-depth specialist knowledge, also with regard to adjacent modules / systems
You will independently lead workshops on the requirements recording at our customers, create concepts for the implementation of the requirements and implement the requirements of the customers in the system
You are always up to date with new opportunities and releases in the SuccessFactors environment and proactively advise our customers on this
You already have experience with another SuccessFactors module or would like to build up further know-how
Requirements:
You can prove that you have completed a degree in business administration, business informatics or the like
You have at least 3 years of relevant professional and project experience in the SAP SuccessFactors Suite
Convincing presentation skills, communication and negotiation skills
Organizational talent, ability to work in a team, flexibility, passion and commitment
High degree of customer and service orientation
Strong character, cross-media way of thinking with a view of the bigger picture
Proactive, independent action and innovative thinking
very good knowledge of English
very good knowledge of German
Salary& Benefits:
Annual salary: 65000€-90000€ per year
