Responsibilities
- Implementation and maintenance of Unified Communications and Call/Contact center telecommunications systems
- Remote / onsite implementation of telecommunications projects for customers in Poland and the EMEA region
- Pre-sales technical support for the internal sales department
- Maintaining direct contact and technical assistance to the company's clients
- Business trips up to 10 percent of working time

Our requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field generally preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the B2B telecommunications industry on the Polish or international market
- Advanced knowledge of Avaya and / or Mitel CC and UC solutions
- Advance IT and telecommunications technical background with focus on VoiP, SIP and other communication protocols.
- Knowledge of virtualization (VMWare) and Cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Independence in solving technical problems and analytical skills
- Ability to work on many projects of various scope and scale
- Required experience in working with an external: Polish and international customers
- Practical knowledge of English (additional languages present will be an advantage)
- Experience in field-services work required
- Category B driving license
