Business Data Analyst
Location: Poznań (hybrid work)
Company: Atotech Group

Responsibilities:

-Define key analytics requirements
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, IT, Master Data, etc.)
-Develop analytical models that enable data-driven decision making
-Provide information and recommendations to management
-Build Atotech's global network and trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
-Assist in identifying areas for change within the company

Requirements and skills:

-University degree (preferably in natural sciences, engineering, mathematics, computer science, administration, economics)
-Minimum 3 years of professional experience
-Highly developed communication skills to gather information, present results, and foster collaboration
-Very good knowledge of MS Excel (other analytical tools will be an asset)
-Experience working in an international and cross-cultural environment
-Fluent in spoken and written English (German would be an asset)
