Requirements Engineer

Location: Wrocław (hybrid work)

Salary: 7 000 - 8 500 gross UoP



Tasks:

-Analyse requirements and improve business processes in order to adapt them to existing structures
-Design and implement solutions together with our teams to create a highly automated Service Delivery platform


Requirements and skills:

-Fluent English (daily work conducted mainly in English)
-Basic understanding of software development process and methodology
-Very good analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking, ability to focus on the big picture as well as the details (i.e. separation of requirements, breakdown structures)
-Ability to define requirements and create user stories
-Skill in creating business process documentation including diagrams
-Knowledge of collaboration and documentation tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Slack, Miro)
-Previous experience in related areas (Business Process Engineering)
-Excellent communication skills
-Flexibility and willingness to spend some days in one of our Locations in Russia, Germany or Poland (delegations possible, but not certain for everyone)


Would be an asset:

-Qualification in a related field
-Experience in software development and/or service delivery
-Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking
