IT System Administrator
Responsibilities
-First line IT support for office’s employees
-Document, track and respond to requests through the ticketing system
-Develop and maintain documentation including installation and configuration procedures
-Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware
-Labeling of all major assets
Profile
-Knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems
-Experience in using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office and Outlook within a network environment
-Experience in networking, routing and switching
-Basic Linux knowledge
-Relevant 1st line / Helpdesk support experience will be a plus
-Profound communication skills and ability to work in a team
-Very good English skills (close cooperation with an international IT Support Team), German will be a plus
