Sales Team Leader with German
Your responsibilities:
- Executing a sales strategy to meet regional and team revenue targets, setting role-based targets
- Coordinating sales activities, developing and mentoring staff to drive performance and career development
- Management of the internal sales team - onboarding, KPI, document supervision and conducting regular meetings with team members to provide them with constructive feedback on their performance
- Ensuring that the sales plan aligns with and supports the company's revenue goals
- Hiring and onboarding new team members
Our requirements:
- Fluent command of German and English is a must
- Previous experience in team management and sales
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Sales Force
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving
- Understand client's needs
Optional:
- IT knowledge - Strong interest and passion for technology innovation and the industry
