We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Generalist Project Manager who is fluent in Korean to join our team. As a Generalist Project Manager, you will have the overall ownership of project delivery, whether in-house or through partners, ensuring projects are completed within defined timelines and budgets. Your extensive knowledge of Change Management, Vendor Management, and compliance standards such as QMS and ISO-9001 will be crucial in driving successful project outcomes.



Key Responsibilities:

Execution:

Review projects, whether Partner Led or In-house, and engage HQ Businesses as necessary.
Employ lean principles and tools to facilitate and monitor projects, enhancing productivity.
Implement quarterly business reviews with Partners and define a value delivery framework.
Proactively review projects on a weekly basis, anticipating potential issues and taking preventive measures.
Plan and manage the people supply chain, identifying key positions proactively.

Risk and Compliance:

Objectively review programs and projects, ensuring proactive risk and dependency management.
Ensure compliance and contract adherence through audits and validation processes.
Develop processes, tools, and review mechanisms to manage contractual risks and partner compliance effectively.
Contribute to the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and perform frequent compliance validation through call-tree and tabletop tests.

Requirements:

5+ years of Project Management/Vendor Management experience with a sound understanding of QMS systems.
Extensive experience in utilizing Agile/Sprints and product-centric design, including applying DevOps (CICD) and automation throughout program development and rollouts.
Familiarity with SAP Hybris and Scrum Master experience.
Proficiency in overall delivery operational aspects, resource fulfillment, financial processes (internal-external), and driving innovation.
Strong team player with experience in cross-functional and distributed teams.
Exceptional analytical skills to comprehend complexities and relationships among problems and solutions.
Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder management, negotiation, facilitation, and influencing.
Exposure to tools like JIRA and expertise in SAFe Agile.
Ability to organize and facilitate scrum ceremonies, command of Java, Angular, and Microservices.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in [Relevant Field].
Fluency in Korean and English is essential.
Proven record of managing projects within timelines and budgets.
Expertise in team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution.
Strong aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making.
Previous experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Adept at adapting methodologies to suit project requirements.
